If you work for a school or an arts organisation, or you are an artist or practitioner working alone and in need of some help or support, I could be the person you’re looking for. 

Any kind of project is worth discussing, but I am particularly experienced in community arts programmes. I really enjoy creating opportunities for people - of all ages and from all walks of life - to experience the arts; I love creating spaces for creative practitioners to work together and explore new ideas; and I am interested in how the arts can impact on community regeneration.

I can help in one or more of the following ways:

ARTS PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management covers target setting, research, administration, fundraising, budget management, marketing and promotion, identifying and booking appropriate artists/practitioners, evaluation and report writing.

ARTIST MANAGEMENT
Looking at strategies for, and supporting you in, your ongoing professional development.  Includes administration support, tour booking and representation. 

ARTS EVENT MANAGEMENT
Organising workshops, conferences, training, networking events and performances.

ARTS ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Working with you and your organisation to clarify the aims and objectives of your work, helping to streamline systems without losing artistic integrity.
